NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Flori Concrete Mixer S/N: BF08H01413, to take delivery of the equipment which is at Achelis Material Handling Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of this publication 7th October, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 7597 and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
