NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1781, in Volume DI, Folio 212/2100, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Grace Kuvindya Nzivo, of P.O. Box 1753- 10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Nzivo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Grace Nzivo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grater. Kuvindya Nzivo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Kuvindya Nzivo only.
