REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacktone Verckeys Hongo, of P.O. Box 62378, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8878, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi District, held under a lease registered as I.R. 35533/1, and whereas the the Ecobank Kenya Limited, formerly known as East Africa Building Society has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Jacktone Verckeys Hongo, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 31 of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012, of the said declaration that the said lease registered as I.R. 35533/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
