THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salaton Lekishon Musumpe (deceased), of P.O. Box 1–40700, Kilgoris in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 39.051 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Transmara, registered under title No. Transmara/Kimintet “D”/1656, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kilgoris in succession cause No. 27 of 2020, has 30th September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) John Mosompe and (2) Tyson Leteipa Mosompe, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L. R. A. 39 and L. R. A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of (1) John Mosompe and (2) Tyson Leteipa Mosompe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Salaton Lekishon Musumpe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
