COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plan was completed. The part development plan relate to land situated within Watamu, Kilifi County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the Malindi Sub-county Physical Planning Office and the County Department of Lands, Housing, Energy, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Kilifi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Malindi Sub-county, Physical Planning Office and the County Department of Lands, Housing, Energy, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Kilifi between 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 519, Kilifi, not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Date the 22nd September, 2022.
