NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to Ibrahim Yakub & Associates Advocates the owners of the goods below: Reception desk, 3 seater visitors chair, computer, 5 rolling chairs, 2office desks, conference tables plus chairs, Workstation plus 4 chairs, small office table, 4 seater sofa seats, wooden book shelf, Kyocera 2552 copier, executive seat, coat hanger, which is lying at our premises to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. If uncollected at the expiry of this notice, the said goods will be sold as provided for under section 7 of the Act by public auction or private treaty without any other notice and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges, the balance, if any, shall be at the owner credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereto.
