GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11890

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owners of the under listed salvage motor vehicles to take delivery of the said motor vehicles currently stored at Top Quality Motors Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty. The proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against any outstanding storage charges and all related costs and the balance if any shall remain at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable thereof. 30th September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE List of Motor Vehicles Motor Vehicles Registrations Nos.
