NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th September, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 485, in Volume B-13, Folio 2225/18760, File No. 1637, by our client, Afya Mohamed Ahmed Said, of P.O. Box 1585–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Afia Ngina Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Afia Ngina Omar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Afya Mohamed Ahmed Said, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Afya Mohamed Ahmed Said only.
