NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2149, in Volume D1, Folio 319/3243, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Martin Benjamin Mason, of P.O. Box 354– 00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Martin John Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Martin John Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Martin Benjamin Mason, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Martin Benjamin Mason only.
