Box 45176–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daud Mohamed Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of him former name Daud Mohamed Hussein, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daud Jama Abdi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Daud Jama Abdi only.
