TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2022 By (1) Rosemary Mutinda (2) Susan Kalondu Maingi and (3) Nicholas Wambua Maingi, all of P.O. Box 10282, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Stephen Maingi alias Danson Maingi alias Stephen Nzuki, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2022 By (1) Mohammed Khamis and (2) Biasha Khamis, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khamis Hemed, who died at Portreitz Bomu, on 19th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
