TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Anne Njeri Mburu Kibinda, of P.O. Box 103230–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mburu Kibinda, who died at Melchizedek Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Pau Gichana Githuku and (2) Ezekiel Nga’ng’a Kamau, both of P.O. Box 732–00618, Ruaraka in Kenya, the executors of the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Jane Wanjiku Mburu, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
