TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By Washington Maina Wokabi (Dr.), of P.O. Box 53883–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Obadia Muchori Gathingi alias Muchori Gathingi, who died on 26th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2022 By (1) Godfrey Wahome Ng’ayu (Dr.), (2) James Mwangi Ng’ayu alias Mwangi James Ng’ayu, (3) John Muriithi Ng’ayu and (4) Gerald Maina Ng’ayu, all of P.O. Box 48981–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Wambu Ng’ayu, who died on 21st August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
