TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Teresia Wanjiru Mbogo and (2) Patricia Wangari Mbogo, of P.O. 1920S, 331ST, Federalway WA 9800 and King Fasal Road, Al Madr, 2, Umm Al Quwain, UAE, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mbogo Kuria, who died at Muthaiga, on 4th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Alice Nduta Kibira, of P.O. Box 619–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Muchemi Kabeni, who died at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
