TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E475 OF 2022 By Christopher Mulega Hamisi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamisi Ashikholwa alias Amisi Ashikolwa, who died on 1st July, 1976. CAUSE NO. E482 OF 2022 By Harry Likhanga Sechero, of P.O. Box 914, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Sechero Alusiola alias Manas Alusiola Sejero alias Manase s/o Alusiola alias Manase S. Alusiola, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 5th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
