TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Kahacho Mbugua and (2) Peter Njoroge Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 5200–01002, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Mbugua, late of Kilimambogo, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2022 By (1) Virginia Wambui Kimani and (2) George Githome Kimani, both of P.O. Box 391, Ol Kalou in Kenya, through Messrs. H. K. Ngugi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Maina Njuguna, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
