TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E307 OF 2022 By John Gakuo Kiarie, of P.O. 146–0128, Gatukuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kiarie Githeng’ere alias Kiarie Githengere alias Githengere Michael Kiarie, who died at Labib Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2022 By (1) Nancy Njeri Kanyari and (2) Gerald Munderu Kanyari, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kanyari Munderu, who died at KMH, on 17th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
