TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2022 By Esther Wangui Karicho, of P.O. Box 29, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karicho Githumbi, who died at Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2022 By (1) John Gatu Nderitu and (2) Bernard Mugumo Ndiritu, both of P.O. 221, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathoni Nderitu alias Pasqualina Gathoni Nderitu, late of Nyeri, who died there in 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
