E112 OF 2022 By Victoria Nduinda Mullu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Mthenya Mullu, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on11th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022 By (1) Catherine Njoki Koigi and (2) Yvonne Njeri Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 830, Kirugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njuguna Ngigi, who died at Voi, on 2nd May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2022 By (1) David Mutunga Manthi, (2) Florence Syombua Mutua and (3) Joshua Musau Musembi, all of P.O. Box 1040–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manthi Musau Mutwota alias Manthi Mutwota, who died at Kiitini Sub-location, on 1st September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
