TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By William Kiptoo Sigira, of P.O. Box 150, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetich arap Siongok alias Kipngetich Siongok, who died at Kapsaos, on 25th November, 1989. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2022 By Ruth Chebet Chumo, of P.O. Box 150, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui arap Songok alias Kiptonui Siyongok, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 1st April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
