CAUSE NO. 284 OF 2022 By (1) Rowland Otieno Awuonda and (2) Pauline Achieng Awuonda, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Juma Awuonda alias Elizabeth Jura Awuonda, who died on 6th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2022 By (1) Samwel Oginga Mimba and (2) Charles Owuor Mimba, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maube Kamire, who died on 15th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2022 By Simon Kola Hongo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyabande, who died on 14th April, 1986.
