TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2022 By Mokami Magoiga Maroa, of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magoiga Marwa, who died on 3rd March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2022 By Waikena Nyangaria, of P.O. Box 45, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siphian Matinde Nyangaria, who died on 21st May, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
