CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2022 By Sidi Kazungu Kashuru, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kashuru Mumba Kalu, who died on 11th April, 1979. CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2022 By (1) Kashutu Bambanya Kombe and (2) Sidi Jefwa Lewa, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Jefwa alias Dama Jefwa Lewa, who died at Kijitwenga, on 9th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2022 By Nickson Matano Konde, of P.O. 80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Konde Bojo Konde, who died on 25th September, 2001.
