TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2022 By (1) Dennis Muema Wambua and (2) Jacquiline Mwende Wambwa, both of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Wambua Muli, late of Makueni, who died at Kitui, on 12th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2022 By (1) Dennis Muema Wambua and (2) Jacquiline Mwende Wambwa, both of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domiano Tabitha Wambua, late of Ndithini, Kakuswi, Makueni, who died at Makuei Sub-location, on 12th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2022 By Agnes Munyiva Vetu, of P.O. Box 52, Mumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutindi Vetu Mboki, late of Usalala, who died there on 26th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2022 By Kasyali Peter Mwangangi, of P.O. Box 161–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangangi Mbuba, late of Mutitu, Mbooni, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 1993. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By Simion Kathima Kasyoki, of P.O. Box 161–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Nundu Kathuma, late of Mutitu, who died there on 17th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
