CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2022 By Isaac Walela Jacob, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Nangekhe Jacob, who died at Icfem Dreamland Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2022 By Sipora Nangunda Wamalwa, of P.O. Box 96, Kamukuywa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ainea Wamalwa Kutosi, who died at Race Course Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
