TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2021 By Edith Injairu Kavai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavai Lihanda Japheth alias Japheth Kavai Lihanda, who died at Gavudia Sub-location, on 7th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2021 By Victor Sandagi Lumwagi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Lumwagi Sandagi, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 24th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2022 By Wilson Lumasai Shivayilo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shivailo Lumasai, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 4th May, 1994. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
