TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2022 By Moses Okeyo Ondwat, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oinga Ogigi alias Michael Oinga, who died on 14th July, 1970. CAUSE NO. 248 OF 2022 By Olumbe Obia Kelly, of P.O. Box 303–40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Obiero Olumbe, who died at Mikei Central Sub-location, on 10th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
