TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By Betty Cherono Mutai, of P.O. Box 24, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kipkemoi alias Elijah Kipkemoi Towet, who died at Aisaik, on 8th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2022 By (1) Selly Chepkorir Cheruiyot and (2) Edna Chepkosge Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 27, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laboso Kipkemoi Cheruiyot alias Kipkemoi arap Cheruiyot, who died at Sibaiyan Sub-location, on 22nd September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
