TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By Alex Chacha Tom, of P.O. Box 20, Suna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makarange Nyangi Chacha alias Makarange Nyangi, who died at Masaba Sub-location, on 15th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2022 By Simion Mairo Sanawa, of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Sanawa Manga, who died on 30th December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
