CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By Rose Anyango Maduri, of P.O. Box 44–80504, Witu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maduli Nambuya, who died at Moa, Lamu, on 20th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2022 By Maria Nzembei Mwathi, of P.O. Box 1–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mzembei Mwathi Maswii alias Mzembe Mwathi, who died at Bomani, Lamu, on 3rd April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
