TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Mutahi and (2) Rachel Wothaya Mutahi, both of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutahi Mutitu alias Mutahi s/o Mutitu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2017. 23rd September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
