IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 83, 88 (4) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 4 (b) of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, section 8 (1) and (2) (a) and (b) of the Elections Act, 2011, Regulation 12 of the Elections (Registration of Voters) Regulations, 2012 and Regulation 98 of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that for purposes of the by-election scheduled to be held on 8th December, 2022, the Register of Voters to be used shall be the register of voters published vide
