TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By (1) Charity Wambui Ndungu and (2) Samuel Njuguna Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1582–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Wambui Ribiro, who died at Light, Naivasha, on 15th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By Miriam Njoki Kimani, of P.O. Box 5–20318, Kinale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kuria Njoki, who died at Karati, on 12th April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
