E194 OF 2022 By Alice Ongoche Lavuta, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lavuta Nyenze, who died at Kibwezi Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2022 By (1) Clarice Wambugha Mwakazi and (2) Gideon Matongo Kenyanya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lester Juma Kenyanya, who died on 24th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2022 By (1) Selina David Mboye and (2) Elizabeth Maghanga Mvoi, both of P.O. Box 81164–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Williams alias Williams Nathaniel, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
