TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E538 OF 2022 By Peter Mburu Giathi, of P.O. Box 414–00300, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Ruguru Willie, late of Elburgon, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 30th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 239 OF 2019 By (1) James Maina Gachathi and (2) Joseph Ihahi Maina, both of P.O. Box 13502, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandfather, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muhia Maina, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 26th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
