TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2022 By Maurice Omondi Akech, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Akech Ogola, who died at Newa, on 19th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. 666 OF 2022 By (1) Agneta Anyango Nyawanga, (2) Erick Otieno Soth and (3) Nicholas Omondi Ageng’o, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Soth Nyawanga, who died at Kogony, on 3rd June, 2021. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
