TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2022 By Caren Achieng Ponge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johannes Omoyi Adongo, who died on 8th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. 578 OF 2022 By Shadrack Jera Tuju, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hongo Tuju, who died at Lower Kadongo, on 10th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
