E622 OF 2022 By Stephen Ochieng Swaga, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ondik Wanjere alias Joswa Ondik, who died at East Katieno, on 30th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E638 OF 2022 By Siprina Adoyo Ochieng, of P.O. Box 285–40100, Kisumu min Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Ochieng Nyaoro, who died at Nyalunya, on 1st May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E676 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Obur Magano and (2) Shamillah Irene Achieng Oyoo, both of P.O. Box 1307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Ambogo Odero, who died on 1st January, 2020.
