TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2022 By Gladys Runji Kiura, of P.O. Box 250, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiura Njangandia, who died at Ngandori Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2022 By Francis Muciri Ngoroi, of P.O. Box 32–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Ngoroi Munachewa, who died at Kibugu Sub- location, on 26th May, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
