TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Nyambura Langat, (2) Dennis Kipkoech Rotich and (3) Philiph Kipyegon Rotich, all of P.O. Box 191, Sosiot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Kiprotich Langat alias Stanley Kiprotich A. Langat, who died on 9th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2022 By Michael Kibet Rono, of P.O. Box 216, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimugun arap Tonui, who died at Tabaita, on 14th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
