Box 3664–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiku Mungai, who died on 20th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. 307 OF 2022 By Simon Njogu Njoroge, of P.O. Box 19–00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Njoroge Gitichu, who died on 6th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 321 OF 2022 By Newton Wang’ati, of P.O. Box 13964–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leornard Matta Mochai, who died on 6th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 322 OF 2022 By (1) Geoffrey Karanja Kinyanjui, (2) Elizabeth N. Muchai and (3) James Kiruri Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 10734, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyanjui Kamuyu alias Kinyanjui Kamuyu, who died on 25th September, 2007.
