Box 76, Renyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaurugari Chaviru, who died at Runyenjes Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 1965. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2022 By (1) Alfred Namu Nelson (2) Rosemary Kina Njue and (3) Gilbert Njiru Kabuthi, all of P.O. box 2739, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Kabuthi Mwatha alias Kabuthi Muatha, who died at Karurumo Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2022 By Francis Njeru Njagi, of P.O. Box 220, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbovori Imange alias Mbovori Muchuvi alias Mbovori Njagi, late of Embu East, who died at Kiangima Sub-location, on 3rd May, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
