TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Muthoni Chege and (2) Caroline Wamuyu Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 935–00208, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Ndungu Chege, who died at Matasia Nursing Home, on 28th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Njeri Njoroge and (2) Victor Njoroge Matheri, both of P.O. Box 46788–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Matheri Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Refferal and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
