E138 OF 2022 By Caroline Akoth Odira, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbon Otieno Odego, who died on 16th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2022 By Samuel Odhiambo Oliech, of P.O. Box 412, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Liech Okello, who died at Kanyamony, Kogony, on 4th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2022 By (1) Christopher Ajwang Omura and (2) George Otieno Omura, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Omura Oteng alias Omura Oteng, who died at Korando “A”, on 17th July, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
