TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By Tamurei Boit, of P.O. Box 336, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboit Kimamet Barkack, who died at Sergoit Location, on 3rd September, 1992. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Jebet Keino and (2) Abraham Kipkorir Limo, both of P.O. Box 33–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kimutai Limo alias Richard K. Limo, who died at Kaptum Sub-location, on 4th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
