TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2021 By Faustine Mutevu Mutungi, of P.O. Box 592–90100, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascaliah Mukii Mutisya, who died at Bristol Park Hospital, on 1st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
