Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzisa Mutunga Kioko, late of Yandue Sub- location, who died at Kituluku, Yandue, on 30th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2022 By Maweu Mwenga Mwiva, of P.O. Box 1186, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Musyoka Mwenga alias Michael Mwenga, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 1982. Box 1186, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Malonza Mwenga alias Jackson Malonza Mwenge, late of Tulimani, Mbooni, who died at Bishop Kioko Catholic, on 26th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2022 By (1) Boniface Mutiso Ndolo and (2) Grace Katunge, both of P.O. Box 1186, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndolo Mwenga alias Ndolo Mwenga, late of Muthini, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
