E112 OF 2022 By Mary Kadenge Ogada, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petero Iravo Livanze alias Petero Ilavo, who died at Hamuyundi Sub-location, on 11th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2022 By Meshack Amuyunzu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Lugulu Amisi alias Javan Amisi, who died on 23rd March, 1998. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2022 By Francis Amiani Mera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Amuliodo Lunyama alias Absalom Amuliodo, who died at Kegondi Sub-location, on 13th June, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
