TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 372 OF 2022 By Jennifer Atieno Oganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Adeya Othiende alias Adeya Othiende, who died at Randago Sub-location, on 10th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. 380 OF 2022 By Fredrick Otieno Obonyo, the deceased’s step-brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Ouma Onyango, who died at Sigoma Uranga, on 8th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. 391 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Atieno Otieno, of P.O. Box 56, Mutumbu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okech Onyango, who died at Nyamila Sub-location, on 29th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
