E61 OF 2021 By Isaac Aluoch Ochieng, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Orwa Ombogo alias Olambla Ochieng alias Olamela Ochieng alias Ochieng Orwa, who died at Maranda Sub-location, on 5th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2022 By Alice Asamba Ongong’a, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Ongong’a Ongode, who died at Uyawi Sub-location, on 12th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2022 By Jackline Atieno Nyaji, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adoyo Obworo Ajulu, who died at Barkowino, on 27th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
